Since we bought our house a year ago, we have had nothing but issues out of our upstairs unit. We have had 3 different companies out to diagnose the problems and it seemed they were too incompetent, or just not willing to take the time to truly figure out what was wrong.

We spent $1,000 dollars replacing the part that the last company told us was wrong, all the while, they never checked the outside portion of the unit like I had asked. 2 weeks later…no a.c.

They came back out and topped off with refrigerant. 2 weeks later… no a.c.

After calling them back several times and realizing they were ignoring me, I was fed up and asking for references and was given the number for Reliable Heating and Air. They returned my calls in a timely manner (the other companies wouldn’t) and scheduled a time to come out.

They were very professional and gave me a sense that they were extremely knowledgeable in their trade. Dan came out and went the extra mile to truly diagnose the real issue with my unit. The end result was the need to replace 1 unit but fix the other.

I felt confident that they were honest with me and they explained the whole process. He quoted a price that I thought was extremely fair, and even though I added on extra things throughout the process, the end result was a bill $1,000-$1,500 less than what I was expecting it to be.

As a former contractor, I felt that Reliable Heating and Air gave the same attention and respect to my home that I used to with my customers, and believe me that is rare. I’m so glad to know I have a trustworthy HVAC company that I can count on for any future issues.
